Playing multiplayer Minecraft with just two phones

Got two phones with Minecraft on?

Want to play a LAN game of Minecraft without a LAN?

Easy peasy. 

• Fire up a mobile hotspot on one of the phones
• Connect the other phone to it
• Start a multiplayer game on the one with the hotspot
• Join the game from the one that's connected 

Simples.

Update November 2022 - At some point this stopped working.  I think Android updated their mobile hotspot so that it doesn't work in the same way.   It's probably a security reason, which is good, but still..  BOOO #SadFace
